Trauma 101 is a live, online small group designed to help remove the mystery from trauma and its effects on the mind, body, and nervous system. Together, we explore the foundational principles of trauma in a compassionate, educational environment while connecting with others who may have experienced similar struggles. My goal is not to ask you to relive your story, but to help you understand how the past events of your life may be affecting your present life. When we understand what trauma has taught our nervous system, we can begin replacing confusion with curiosity, shame with self-compassion, and fear with hope. Because understanding is the first step toward healing.
Prefer to learn at your own pace? Trauma 101 (Recorded) provides the same foundational education presented in the live group, allowing you to watch the course whenever it works best for your schedule. Participants receive 90 days of access to the course and have the opportunity to join an online community with others who have chosen the recorded option. The Trauma Doc Academy provides a supportive space where participants can continue learning, ask questions, encourage one another, and discover that they are not alone. Education doesn't have to happen in isolation. Even when you learn at your own pace, community still matters.
Burnout 101 is a live, online small group designed to help you understand what burnout is, how it develops, and how it can affect your mind, body, work, relationships, and nervous system. Together, we explore the signs of burnout, the difference between being tired and being depleted, and the patterns that can keep us overextended long after our bodies have started asking us to slow down. My goal is not to give you another list of things to do, but to help you understand what may be draining you and why rest alone is not always enough. When we understand the cost of chronic stress, we can begin replacing guilt with curiosity, exhaustion with awareness, and survival mode with more intentional choices. Because recovery begins when we stop asking, “What is wrong with me?” and start asking, “What is my body trying to tell me?”

Burnout 101 (Recorded) provides the same foundational education presented in the live group, allowing you to move through the course whenever it works best for your schedule. Participants receive 90 days of access to the course and have the opportunity to join an online community with others who are also working to better understand burnout, chronic stress, and the patterns that keep us overextended. Burnout recovery is not about doing more. It is about understanding what has been draining you, learning to listen to your body, and making different choices with the information you now have. Even when you learn at your own pace, you do not have to figure it out alone.
Sometimes understanding what happened is only the beginning. The next question is: How do I live differently now?
I offer 1:1 coaching for people who want support as they learn to recognize patterns, understand their nervous system, navigate burnout, strengthen boundaries, and make more intentional choices in their everyday lives. I am not a licensed therapist, counselor, or mental health provider. I am a coach and educator. Coaching with me is not therapy, and I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions or help clients process unresolved trauma. If trauma processing or clinical treatment is needed, I strongly encourage working with a licensed mental health professional. My role is to help you take what you already know and begin applying it to your life. Together, we can look at the patterns that may no longer be serving you, identify what is draining your energy, practice new ways of responding, and build practical tools that support the life you want to live.
Because healing is not only about understanding your past. It is also about learning that your past does not have to make every decision about your future.
